I originally booked my hotel in Montreal with Algotels after finding it on Trivago. Only afterwards did I read all of the negative reviews calling it a scam, etc. I freaked out but called the hotel to confirm my booking twice before my actual stay there. Not only did Algotels hold up to their part of the transaction, but I did get the best price at the time. I am pleased and I made a mental note to write a positive review to help offset all of the negativity out there.
