Booked a hotel in Switzerland and algotels charged my credit card. Several days later they cancelled the reservation and kept my payment. Hotel had no record of my stay and credit card company will not return my payment because algotels tells them they provided the booking service. You have no legal recourse once they book for you. BEWARE USING THEM! A SCAM WEBSITE!!
