Out of the blue got txt and email from them .phoned 02 they advised me what to do .provided email address got in touch with them said I had informed fraud department. Asked for proof of my signing up and if they could not provide proof the fraud department would begin action against them . 2 hours later replied saying I was no longer on their system and offered a full refund £6 which I declined has didn’t wish to provide bank details.
