Wish I could give them 0. Promise a refund within 1-9 days but it has been 4 weeks. Every week after I emailed them asking for it they keep promising to do refund within a week but never do. I don’t remember signing up for 99$ package because there was a cheaper one but they charge me 99$ with no email or anything to notify about the transaction or email of invoice or anything for me to see what package am I being charged or used. I have to contact my bank to report this as fraud charge so I can claum my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!Edit to 2 star (Mar 26 2023): I got my refund after more than a month. They do refund so just be patient.
