Same bad experience. I’m trying to close the account, but it doesn’t let me. DON’T use this app, it’s a scam. No customer service to help. They’ll pull money out of your account without your approval. Total Scam, don’t fall for it. The system tricks you into thinking they will provide $250, but they don’t. Then they’ll try to pull money from your bank to “save” and “invest”, their system locks you in so that you can’t leave the app.
