In my opinion, this company, and their product, is a sham and likely a scam. It was ordered by my husband for my birthday in February, but not received until many weeks later after many emails and calls to the company. When it finally showed up, it turned out to be a terrible product, with almost zero air power and thereby unable to hold onto the hair on the cylinder. I immediately contacted the company and spoke with a rep (who works out of their home 🙄) This nice young lady told me how to return the product which I did, and sent them a photo of the USPS tracking number. I HAVE NOT received a credit to our credit card! I am notifying American Express today to dispute the charges, and since their address is in Miami FL, this week I will take a drive to that listed warehouse site. They should not do this to people who purchase in good faith and high expectations. VERY UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!
