This company is a scam and a joke! I tried it because it deceptively says “free shipping and returns” That would lead me to believe it’s free returns. It arrived so cheaply made that I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. It has such little suction power it wouldn’t even grab my hair. So I decided to return both I bought. Reached out to customer service 4 times . A month with no reply. Once they replied they said I’m on my own to ship it back. I paid $30 to ship it back. I would have NEVER ordered it had I known their wording was deceptive and I’d have to pay $30 to ship it back. But I want my refund. My return arrived nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund. They pretend they have all 5 star reviews on their site. They should be more real and show all reviews like these. Since we all have the same experience, it’s clearly a scam. And calling the phone number they say, another joke! VM every time and never a call back. Yes class action suit, I’m in. STAY AWAY!! They could make it right by refunding my $186.85 PLUS my $30 for shipping. I’ll wait…
