I made a flight reservation from Manila to Cebu through this website because when I googled flights from said destination, it was the cheapest amongst all the options. However, after the payment was made, there was no ticket confirmation received. I waited for some time, and still no e-ticket. Never have I ever encountered this problem before when booking flights, even with thirds parties. After paying, the e-ticket should’ve been sent to my email after a few minutes, if not instantly.So then I got to thinking this might be a scam. So I googled “airpaz review.” Lo and behold, lots of negative reviews! I immediately contacted them via email and called their costumer hotline (Canada) to ask for a cancelation of the transaction. They promptly did, which I appreciate and thankful for. However, I would NEVER ever book again through this third party. It’s very sketchy, and looks like a hit and miss. Also, it’s hard to understand their call center agent because of the loud background. There were 3-4 people in the background talking and laughing, the lady I spoke to has a soft voice.At any rate, I would NEVER recommend this website. Pretty sketchy.
