Buyer beware! I wanted to get data/phone service for a 30 day trip in the UK. I regret finding Airalo as it took them 3 days to even get back to me with customer support to make sure their esim was installed correctly. Their chat support takes hours to even get someone to reply. Because it took days, I had to find another provider and never used the Airalo service I purchased and they refused to refund me. Honestly, customer service was so poor I thought this was a scam company. Even if Airalo is a legit company I still got scammed. £36 flushed into thin air. Go with a well known company like EE, O2, or Vodafone—they have proper customer support. Update: they did not refund me but gave me a credit—but why would I want to use their service again if it takes 3 days to get customer support?
