One star is a crime – They should have negative 100 stars This is straight up a fraud based online scam. Tired at 2 am in the morning driving – booked room and requested 2-3am check inn. When I got there check was after 3pm !!!?? ??. Had to make new reservation with hotel and pay twice! Now trying to get a refund and they are straight up lying and declining refund. Avoid at all costs
