Agoda gives a false idea of hotel accommodations. They show photos that are not at all similar or nearby to the property. They rate properties much higher than what they are actually . Once you pay , you are screwed . Do not trust agoda . If you decide to book with them search reviews because they have hotels listed as 4 star hotels that are more like 2 star hotels . They list dirty and unsafe and unhygienic hotels . Be aware and protect yourself. Will not recommend anyone not even enemies. We used their service for the first time and lost 15k for cancellation of hotel booking because they showed hotel listed as 4star and which was not even 2 star.If you book using AGODA ………💯 waste of money 💯 disappointment 💯 fraud💯 unsafe 💯 rude staff 💯 unhygienic 💯 worst experience ……. n never ending list of disappointments
