I searched for a hotel for a holiday for 2 adults 2 children but when I went ahead and booked the holiday it did not include the children. My booking was for 2 adults only. The hotel were the ones to inform me there were no children included on my booking. When I spoke to agoda customer service they said I have to pay additional £30 per child per night. Agoda customer services were very difficult. They said it was non cancellable. Luckily for me the hotel was helpful and agreed to cancel the booking with agoda and I booked directly with the hotel instead which was cheaper. This company is scamming customers into having pay extra charges do not use them
