    I booked a hotel with Agoda and the booking didn’t show up on the hotel’s system when I reached the hotel. After more than 90 minutes on the phone with customer care, I gave up and rebooked it myself. I checked the next morning and the receptionist confirmed the booking was still not showing. When I raised the credit card dispute, the Citi bank decide to rule the dispute in their favor saying that you agreed to the terms and conditions. Do the terms and conditions say you will be charged even if provided no service? I plan to take it further through legal action. I feel cheated and defrauded! Do not use Agoda and save mental agony for yourself.
