As website is so confused and mislead it customer. Beware when you book from that site. It is advisable not to book through the site as the let the hotel advertised wrong information as for example airport transfer is available as the services but they didn’t mention you need to pay in advance or they even didn’t establish initial contact with the customer about the pick up and drop off. I ended up waited for 1 hours as there is not only no pickup from the airport plus they even didn’t mentioned about the fees is not included. Horrible ! Agoda refused to compensate any cost that been lost from the customer insist of helping the hotel to scam their customer, never again
