You cannot trust Agoda app to book tickets, we booked Dubai glow garden tickets from the app and got them without QR code, I emailed them immediately asking for another copy and the only response from them was that I have to print the tickets!!!On arrival to the park, the manager informed us that Agoda allow fraud websites to sell fake tickets on their app and I have to buy new tickets to can visit the park which I did on higher price, then ask Agoda for refund. He also mentioned that this is not the first time and it happens all the time. Since 3 weeks, Agoda reply to me that they’re still checking and will get back but they never did and I think they will never do.
