If I could I rate a 0 they scammed me out of my money, it clearly said I could cancel free of charge, after finding out at 12 midnight that I couldn’t get into my room until they next day at noon, completely defeated the purpose of me resting for the night and continuing my drive in the morning. I canceled no more than 15 minutes after and the hotel told me I would get a refunded and the booking specialist agent I would get refunded they told me to wait for a month to see the refund. I waited a month and now they said it’s too late. What a f**king sca.
