Worst ever, especially in India. We were stranded in the middle of night because the hotel we were supposed to stay did not receive any booking from agoda and when called the customer care made us to move through different hotels which were full. We got fed up n booked a room nearby. The money wasn’t even refunded. It is a scam. We were informed by many hoteliers that agoda won’t book immediately and uses money to generate interest from other sources and when the time of booking arrives ,will suggest random hotels while they figure out which hotels have empty rooms. Don’t trust agoda . In fact ban celebrities that represent such fake businesses
