This is a scam travel agency. A I have cancelled 4 times. I keep getting emails from ghosts asking me if I am going to cancel. They are waiting me out until the reservation date is over. I would not use Trivago or Booking.com until they stop fronting for this fraudulent agency. Agoda’s website does insist that you can cancel anytime.
