They are scamming people. The will advertise a lower hotel rates and wrong information when you complete the booking you will get a confirmation with different number of guests and policies. When you artive to check in the hotels will ask you for extra cost as their policies are different to what agoda presented. Do not use agoda. Customer service will only give you the run around.
