I booked a hotel through Agoda. It proved to be a scam. Agoda have taken no responsibility for this, despite my having raised this with them 2 weeks before we travelled. They hide behind their terms and conditions and say they can take no responsibility for the hotels they advertise. They are quick to take our money, but slow to supprt their customers. How many other scam hotels are there on Agoda? You won’t know til you book one and lose your money.
