AGODA is a total scam company. Made a booking in April for a hotel in Australia. On arrival at the hotel, the hotel refused to honour the booking as the credit card was not in the guests name. The hotel refused to assist. Agoda claims that as the booking had a no refund policy they would not refund the $650 payment even though we did nothing wrong. Total scammers…
