Worse APP and service ever! I was confirmed a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation and charged $1000 on my credit card without my authorization. Horrible customer service who did nothing to help with this error- they blamed the property. I contacted the property and they showed no reservations under my name. AGODA is a SCAM- beware and do not record your credit card# on their APP!!!!
