I am really surprised anyone has given Agoda more than one star in these reviews. Their customer service is unbelievably terrible. Please do not book anything with this company. I booked a hotel for two adults and two children with them. I then get an email from the hotel saying I booked a room for two adults only, no children and I would have to pay for the children at the hotel. This booking was also made via Booking.com the hotel said and not agoda. Not sure what was going on there. Anyway when I tried to contact Agoda they wouldnt do anything about it. Saying I had only paid for two adults. Despite me having proof i paid for two adults and two children. They wont help and expect me to pay more! This must be some sort of scam by Agoda.
