SCAM! I booked at the Quality Inn on the Agoda app, only to arrive at the “hotel”and it’s now a shelter. Customer service on the phone and via email were not helpful and seemed like they didn’t want to help rebook me or provide a refund. I’ve spent the past three days emailing back n forth only to be told due to the cancellation policy on the fake room, my refund request was denied. After researching for the corporate office number I found thy are located in Singapore…. I will not be booking ever again with Agoda. I have already deleted my account and you should too. I recommend Choice Privileges – clean, affordable and LEGIT hotels
