SCAM!!!! I booked a flight for 11:55 pm. They kept saying there was a payment error about 3x. Finally, it was confirmed, but for a different time, I showed up at 8:30 pm only to be informed that my flight was at 3:50 pm. Additionally, I did not make a web check-in as Agoda keeps saying I did. There was some sort of data breach or a coverup as someone was able to access my booking and ILLEGALLY check me in. I am still trying to fight this case and I’m speaking to people to take legal action. Agoda still refuses to take responsibility or investigate this data breach. According to them, there was “no error on our end”. I call BS, seems like a total coverup. BOYCOTT THIS WESBSITE, ABSOLUTE TRASH.
