I am now staying in the Mariya Boutique airport in Bangkok and tried to book a hotel using Agoda website, I requested my date 9th and 10th of February to fit in around my flight which is 2.00 a.m. on the 11th February, when your booking confirmation came through ref, Confirmation number1184958321 at the Ruamchitt Plaza Hotel the date was for12th February one night only and for this date I will not be in Thailand.I have sent numerous emails and received no reply from Agoda, I then went the online chat and tried to cancel or amend the dates and spoke to a rather rude chap a Mr. Jay who told me to contact the hotel directly and sort it out myself, strange I thought! I then tried to cut and paste our conversation but they have that covered too and it will not allow that to be done.I then contacted the Ruamchitt Plaza Hotel as instructed who told me that they had no vacancies for the requested dates, this maybe why their website directed me to the next available free date however I will not be in Thailand.I am finding it very hard to communicate with Agoda in order to arrange a cancellation and I see the payment has been rapidly taken from my account, these people are absolute fraudulent scammers steer clear of them
