Potential scam company. We agreed directly with the accommodation place that we could change our date without penalty. They told us to get a refund via Agoda. Agoda emailed us 2 days later to say the accommodation had refused the refund which was a lie.Would never use them, as per most of the reviews on here. I don’t believe they’re a legitimate business.
