Total scammers! Charged an additional 5% fee for ‘Book now, pay later’ though that detail was hidden DEEP in their T&C’s. That deceptive practice is illegal in Australian consumer law, but evidently they are based in Singapore or US so you have no rights. Use Booking.com or ANY other platform. Will be cancelling all other booking through them. Disgusting immoral behaviour. Plenty of competitors, so use them.
