Ascend Ecommerce is a total scam. DO NOT give these jokers your money, you will 100% regret it.I hired them to run two new ecommerce stores, a Wal-mart online store and an Amazon online store. The only time they were ever responsive or professional was around getting their $60,000 initial investment fee. After that, it was all downhill. It took four months (!) to start the Wal-mart store, even though I had all my LLC documentation and credit cards ready. Within two months, the store was suspended because they delivered 80% of packages late and replied to only ~30% of customer support tickets. The Amazon store was perhaps worse. They invested in $10,000 of inventory (gun accessories, like holsters and sight clips) that is only about ~50% sold as of eight months later. The communication and accountability are definitely the worst part. They’ve changed communication platforms three times since I hired them in Dec 2022: first it was a terrible private forum site called “ClickUp,” then a Whatsapp private text group, then Slack.The staff reply about ~1 week after you message them … sometimes. You can’t speak to a manager. You can’t escalate your issues. No one actually replies to emails send to the Support address (support@…). I wouldn’t be surprised if the US holding company is sued soon for breach of contract. I think they’re just betting on no one actually holding them accountable to their refund clause in the contract.
