Huge scam – impossible to cancel the subscription without losing hundreds of pounds. For annual subscription paid monthly you have to cancel on the exact day you purchased or you will be charged an enormous cancellation fee. It’s a huge injustice that they prey on people in the creative industries like this, grabbing money where they can with no accountability.I eventually did bite the bullet and cancel my main plan which cost £150, thinking I was free from them, but then realised the adove stock which I inadvertently was paying for had not been cancelled, so for the past 4 months they have been taking £25 per month.This is a terrible company, and I will never ever use them again.
