Signed up for a 14 day free trial. Cancelled at the end, they said they’d extend the trial to 3 months to see if I wanted to sign up. I agreed. After a few weeks decided it wasn’t for me, and was then told I needed to pay £60 to cancel my free trial. Openly refused, and after 20 minutes of pushing back with an advisor on the online chat, they agreed to waive the fee and refund me “as a gesture of goodwill”.It’s not goodwill, it’s corporate scamming and misrepresentation.
