I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Adcreative. On April 10th, they deducted $189 from my account without my consent. Immediately after noticing the charge, I requested a refund. On April 11th, a representative named Erdal assured me that my refund request was being processed and that the money would be returned to my card. However, to my dismay, I have yet to receive my refund as of today.Adcreative has proven to be a dishonest company, resorting to unauthorized charges and failing to fulfill their promise of a refund. This incident has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraudulent company and not fall victim to their deceitful practices.In conclusion, Adcreative’s unauthorized deduction of funds and subsequent failure to provide a refund demonstrates their lack of integrity and reliability.
