Signed up for a free trial and my bank confirmed $0 paid – after the week was up I did not want to continue with the software but there was absolutely ZERO in the interface to allow me to confirm I did not want to continue. This is a huge dark UX pattern they have done deliberately.They went ahead and charged me $189.00 for a months sub – this is the most expensive software I have. Do NOT use this company – they are scamming us. This is why they seem successful because they are taking $200 from every test user.
