    I recently subscribed to their services as a trial and I was automatically charged for the highest subscription tier even though I didn’t approve of this.Subsequently, when I tried to downgrade to the basic subscription, I was charged again. Since then, I have been tirelessly chasing their customer support team seeking an immediate refund, however, they have literally dodged me at every turn.I have informed my bank about these charges, which I consider to be wrongful, and have asked them to challenge the transactions immediately. I may be compelled to explore legal options to resolve this matter.This all feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs
