1st off, just simply don’t fall for this company’s lovely customer-centric image, it’s complete (unfortunately I can’t swear on here, so it will have to be) colly wobble. First off, they said that the payment charge was put on my card because “you clicked on ‘my package’ which might have triggered our system to place you on the standard tariff”. The last time I looked clicking on “my package” does not mean “charge my card because I’ve only been on the trial for 6 hours and I want you to charge me full price for a product I have no intention of actually wanting to buy”, bull feces. The minion that messaged me that admitted that they were looking at there systems to become more straight forward (yes I bet they are)If you do get a reply from them (don’t bother emailing their legal email address stated in their T&Cs, it doesn’t work, what a shocker) it will look all professional, apologetic even but it’s just bull feces. What really got my goat was seeing a picture of the con man himself, Tufan Gok with a rather expensive bottle of champagne, that’s when I decided I wasn’t going to be one of many that didn’t get their monies back. I was successful in my chargeback in the end but not before being promised by one of Tufans minions that my money would be refunded, of course nothing happened from their end. You’ll see from my previous reviews, they reply in a lovely customer facing way but it’s bull feces, they did nothing to refund me the money and the way they got hold of it in the first place was a complete fraudulent way. Their last reply was today to the second experience with them, I get more sense from my chickens, at least they tell the truth. If I could be bothered to spend a decent amount of money and time, I would spend it on getting this con merchant and his front of a company shut down.If Santa wants to give me a Christmas present this year, shut this fraudulent operation down.
