I saw an ad via Facebook for M&S and stupidly thought it was last year’s season so ordered some holiday clothes. It was only after I paid that I realised it was coming from China. I can’t believe I fell for it. I did received tracking and slowly watched it changed. It took a month to show in this country with courier and then updated to delivered. I was working from home and there was no delivery. The delivery time 4pm (5hrs in the future as it was 11am). I have sent countless emails immediately asking where my package is, what local courier had been used etc. I have asked for a full refund. I have not received any response. Emails now bounce back. The website no longer exists. I feel an idiot for trusting the name. I feel annoyed for Facebook allowing such scam ads to appear. I am out of pocket and I would hate this to happen to other people.
