UPDATE – For sure a scam. They called back disregarding everything I said before and assigned a new person. Still not working on the contingency they offered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Very likely a scam and/or a bait and switch scenario. Offered high contingency to get me to front funds, accepted high contingency and then all of a sudden they can’t do it anymore. They were incredibly persistent which is a sign of a scam. They shouldnt be trusted. It was minutes from offering a contingency to pulling it away. I wouldn’t give them any money if I were you. I am glad i realized it quickly.
