Beware scam!Joined on a monthly plan two months ago. It was meant to be less than $20. They made me go premium and charged me $99 in July. Then on 4 August this year they just charge me another $99. I have written to them seven times through their forms and emails and they have ignored me. Only way I can contact is through Fax which I don’t have. Going to report to Police and Bank Unless I get my full refund immediately tried to delete my account and it wouldn’t let me saying that I have to contact them in order to delete because I’m premium. I did not sign premium. I signed monthly. Beware. This is a scam. They must be pulling in a fortune! I noticed that academic singles reply to this, please reply with we will refund you your $198 immediately and close your account. Happy to provide my login email. Do not reply with fluffy crap. We know you’re a scammer, pay me my money and delete my account or I take it much higher. Believe me. these guys also threaten people, apparently according to hundreds of other reviews, which I should have read before I joined. They threaten people with legal action and ruining your credit rating which is impossible Anyway overseas if you don’t pay the cancellation fees etc. There is no contract, there is no warning of fees, everything is a breach-of-contract law even if there was one. Pay me my money back, you don’t know who you’re dealing with.
