Please avoid at all means! Possible scam.I have placed my order on June 26th. It was delivered to me weeks later and due to delay and low quality of the item I decided to return it immediately. The package arrived at the About you warehouse on July 26. I tried to connect with customer service on multiple occasions since then and when they finally came back to me they told me they have 14 days from the return to assess the item and approve the refund. This of course didn’t happen so on Aug 9 I asked again about my refund. they asked me for personal data such as date of birth and billing address. I provided that. Then they came back for more information, asking me to fill in a formal declaration describing the item which they already had all the information on.In my view this is either a scam or a company that is not good in conducting online commerce and not very professional and reliable. I would never shop here again.
