Requested a withdrawal via bank transfer. They then sent a very small amount to my bank, and said they had sent £80 via Apple Pay? And then provided an account number I had never seen. So one of their agents basically stole £80, I assume. When I spoke to them on the live chat they were rude, and kept kicking me from the chat when I disputed the fact there is no law that states they MUST split any withdrawal between the deposit method and the requested withdrawal method. They will send an auto reply to this & I will never see that money. I have contacted the FCA & relevant fraud agencies too. Avoid at all costs, Unibet/bet365/betfair are all much better🫡
