I don’t even want to leave any stars. Complete scam. My initial package from Macy’s took over 1 month to supposedly get delivered. They have every excuse in the book where the package could be, your neighbor, someone took it etc. promise to send me another package. I have been following the tracking and it was delivered today to my home, well actually it wasn’t and I was home all day. I wrote them an email which won’t matter. But I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. Granted, it was a small amount, $22, but it’s the principal.
