I have had exactly the same bad experience which started with a superb ad that popped up in Google.The whole fake experience was really professional and correspondence with excuses absolutely too perfect English.Did not think to check on trust pilot.I hope my credit card company will refund. Now waiting 3 days forbthatvresonce.Scamm chasers seem to busy to help and stop this
