Absolutely Terrible customer service. I feel scammed. Shipping label was created 45+ days ago. Still no movement. I have spoken with the same customer service agent multiple times. Now after being beyond patient, I can’t get anyone on the phone. No email reply. No product no refund basically scammed me out of my money!!!!!!
