The worst experience and a total scam. I waited over 3 weeks for the product to ship and then tried to cancel the order to no avail. The customer support phone number changes frequently and almost never connects you to a person. Email replies are almost non-existent and if you do get a reply, its just lies and delay tactics. I filed a chargeback claim through my bank.
