I bought some face serum off Facebook. This company sent an email saying my item was delivered – it wasn’t- or not to me anyway. The only ‘proof’ they send is an email from the courier saying delivered, no actual proof or a card saying which neighbour it was delivered to. Complete scam, customer service is awful, just saying same things over and over, check with neighbours, check with post office which I have done already and to contact courier company which I’ve done and got no response. COMPLETE SCAM
