This is a scam operation. At least they didn’t get as far as claiming that the parcel I ordered was delivered, only that it was in transit between the depot and my house. I offered to go and collect it from the depot 30 miles away, but they would not tell me of the name of the delivery company. That was over a month ago, and nothing ever arrived.
