I deposited with two different debit cards, and the deposit was reflected instantly. When it was time to withdraw, their system keeps saying ‘rejected by operator’. The live chat is beyond useless as all they can “advise” is to deposit again with another method and use that method to withdraw. If I had known, I’d have NEVER signed up in the first place. Emails, live chat, telegram chat feedback is all the same garbage that I must use a different method without any explanation why they won’t process and pay out my withdrawal.
