I’m currently undergoing a verification with 1xbet. I have provided all requested documents but it seems they are deliberately trying to steal my money. They asked for a screenshot from my bank app showing my information and transactions connected to 1xbet. I sent the screenshots from my phone app because I used Palmpay and everybody knows that Palmpay does not allow login on the website. You only have to login with the mobile app. I explained all these to the security department but they said they’re not going to attend to me if I don’t provide the screenshots from a computer.How on earth do they expect me to take a screenshot from a computer when I can’t login to Palmpay with a computer. Please guys is this not fraudulent?Beginning to sound like a scam, my money is trapped in my account and I need it. I’m going to sue them if they don’t let me withdraw my money.
