After reading many reviews, almost entirely which were negative, at least I know I’m not alone in this company’s role of online shopping scams. I understand they claim repeatedly they are strictly a ‘tracking company’, partnered with shipping companies and couriers to provide tracking. Again, that is the claim. Is it a coincidence that Track17 is the go-to for what are clearly scam Chinese companies with no intention of fulfilling their orders to North American and European customers? I think not. When I placed my order through a legitimate and popular website, I felt the product and price were too good to be true, and if it were a scam I wouldn’t be out more than about 60 CAD. So that is the reality I’ve accepted for something I ordered in March. So be warned, if you order something and the tracking website provided is Track17, you’re not likely to receive anything but runarounds from the seller, or should I say…scammer. But unfortunately you’re unlikey to know this before an order is placed… hence you’re here reading their negative reviews. No need to respond Track17… I’ve read your claims but nothing will change the facts.
