As a parcel tracking company you fail. No details as to who is delivering the parcel( (fed ex, ups, usps, etc) where it was delivered. As a tracking company you must have access to this, otherwise you are really not doing your job. I have read several reviews and your response telling people to report the sellers if you feel they are fraudulent. Some reviews suggest you may be part of the scam, so, if you profit from these actions, you are part of the scam. Suggest that if you are legitimate, that you provide more accurate details and help people find their packages. I am currently waiting on a package you said was delivered, nope not as of yet.
